Judas Iscariot and Mary Magdalene meet one night before the Last Supper. She was once a famous prostitute, while he used to be a Zealot terrorist; now they are neither one nor the other. She accepts her new role with silence and a sense of sacrifice, whereas he tries by all means possible to escape his fate as a conspirator, denying the character he is supposed to play, the texts that have been placed in his mouth; he believes everyone has what is needed to become a Messiah, and not a simple traitor. In the past they used to be lovers, but now Judas wants more than that; one action by Mary Magdalene will be enough to make Judas a Messiah, and ensure that he does not have to kill himself.
Judas Iscariot en Maria Magdalena ontmoeten elkaar aan de vooravond van het Laatste Avondmaal. Zij ooit een gekende prostituee en hij een fanatiek terrorist, blijken thans noch het een noch het ander. In stilte weet zij zich nu in haar nieuwe rol te schikken met een gevoel van opoffering, terwijl hij ten volle tracht aan zijn lot als samenzweerder te ontkomen en het personage ontkent dat hij geacht wordt te spelen, de teksten die in zijn mond worden gelegd, hij gelooft iedereen heeft wat nodig is om een Messias, en niet een eenvoudige verrader. Eens waren zij geliefden, maar nu wenst Judas meer dan dat: een optreden van Maria Magdalena zal volstaan om van Judas een Messias te maken, en te voorkomen dat hij zelfmoord pleegt.
Judas Iscariote y María Magdalena se encuentran una noche antes de la Última Cena. Ella fue una prostituta mu y famosa y él un terrorista zelote; ya no son ni lo uno ni lo otro. Ella asume su nu eva condición con silencio y sacrificio, él trata por todos lo
medios de escapar de su destino de conspirador, reniega del personaje de reparto que fue obligado a interpretar, de los textos que el destino le puso en la boca; considera que tiene todas las capacidades para ser el Mesías y no un simple traidor. En el pasado ya fueron amantes, pero ahora Judas quiere algo más que eso; un a sola acción de María Magdalena bastará para que Judas sea un Mesías y no tenga que matarse.
